Workspaces in the sidebar menu > Endpoint Management

The Endpoint Management workspace in the sidebar menu provides a centralized environment for managing software deployment, device supervision, software patching, and endpoint job monitoring. Using an installed agent on managed devices, the workspace enables you to distribute packages, track device states, and keep software up to date across your organization.

You can execute the following operations:

•Monitoring the overall endpoint health, device coverage, agent states, package inventory, and recent job activity, via Dashboard.

•Viewing and managing endpoint devices that have the Raynet One agent installed, via Managed Devices.

•Maintaining the central repository of software packages for deployment, including adding packages from the Package Store or from local files, via Package Library.

•Tracking the progress and results of package installation, uninstallation, and inventory operations triggered from the workspace, via Jobs.

•Identifying outdated software across managed devices and initiating software update deployments, via Patching.

Access: Open Workspaces > Endpoint Management in the left sidebar.
