Workspaces in the sidebar menu > Endpoint Management

The Jobs section of the Endpoint Management workspace provides a complete view of all endpoint management operations that have been executed or are currently running. This includes package installation and uninstallation jobs, software download jobs, and inventory runs triggered from the workspace. Each job entry shows its current state, target device, and execution details.

Access: Open Workspaces > Endpoint Management > Jobs in the left sidebar.

Job List

The job list provides an overview of all endpoint management jobs. The following columns are displayed for each job:

•Name: The name of the job, typically reflecting the operation type and the target package or device.

•Resource: The resource associated with the job, such as the targeted package or device group.

•Processed / target devices: The number of devices that have been processed out of the total number of targeted devices.

•Successful runs: The number of task executions within the job that completed successfully.

•Failed runs: The number of task executions within the job that ended with an error.

Job Details

Selecting a job from the list opens the job details view, which provides a detailed breakdown of the job execution. The details view contains the following tabs:

•Details: Shows the per-device breakdown of the job. For each targeted device, the following information is available: Target device, Task state, Agent state, Last seen at, and Duration.

•Logs: Displays the log records generated by the endpoint management job. Logs can be downloaded for offline review. The log view shows the complete execution trace reported by the agent on the target device.

Monitoring Jobs from Managed Devices

In addition to the central Jobs view, you can also review the jobs associated with a specific device directly from the Managed Devices section. Open the device details and select the Jobs tab to see all jobs related to that specific device.
