Workspaces in the sidebar menu > Endpoint Management

The Managed Devices section of the Endpoint Management workspace lists all devices that have the Raynet One agent installed and are registered with the platform. Through this section you can review device status, initiate inventory operations, monitor assigned jobs, and download the agent installer for new devices.

Access: Open Workspaces > Endpoint Management > Managed Devices in the left sidebar.

Device List

The device list shows all registered managed devices. You can filter the list by operating system platform using the sidebar sub-navigation:

•All managed devices: Displays all registered devices across all platforms.

•Windows devices: Filters the list to show only Windows-based managed devices.

•Linux devices: Filters the list to show only Linux-based managed devices.

•macOS devices: Filters the list to show only macOS-based managed devices.

Device Details

Selecting a device from the list opens the device details view. The details view provides the following information and options:

•Last inventory: Date and time of the most recent inventory run performed on this device. Shown as Never performed if no inventory has been executed yet.

•Agent version: The version of the Raynet One agent currently installed on the device.

•Last seen: The date and time the agent last communicated with the platform.

•Agent Id: The unique identifier assigned to the agent installation on this device.

The details view contains the following tabs:

•Details: The main overview tab showing device properties and agent information described above.

•Jobs: Lists all endpoint management jobs that have been executed or are pending for this device. The tab header shows the total count of jobs associated with the device.

•Resources: Shows the resources assigned to this managed device. The tab header shows the total count of assigned resources.

Downloading the Agent

To register a new device with the Endpoint Management workspace, you must install the Raynet One agent on the target device. Use the Download agent action on the managed devices list to download the agent installer for the required platform. The agent is available as a Windows Installer (.msi) for Windows, as a standard package (.pkg) for macOS, and as a .deb or .rpm package for Linux. After installation, the device registers automatically and appears in the Managed Devices list.

For enrollment-based deployment scenarios, the enrollment token file can be downloaded from Configuration > Agents in the platform.
