A variable of the type Date offers the following additional options for configuration:
Default Value
This is where the default value of the variable is defined. The default value for this option can be set to either Current date, which will display the current date as the default value of the variable, or Specific date, which will display the date defined in the value as the default value of the variable.
Attributes
By checking the Mark this variable as required checkbox a variable of the type Date can be defined as a mandatory variable. This means, that a valid value has to be entered during a run.
