Adding Manual Events

Raynet One allows you to manually create three different types of events in the Calendar. Each type serves a distinct purpose and follows its own wizard-based process.

 

Choose the appropriate event type based on your goal:

 

Status Update: Tracks changes to the current state of a license or product (activations, expirations, renewals, suspensions).

Action required:  Indicates upcoming tasks or deadlines that need attention (renewal dates, compliance checks, etc.).

Activity Log: Records significant actions or events related to a license or product (purchases, upgrades, administrative changes).

 

After selecting the event type, click Next to continue with the wizard. The following subsections describe each event type in detail.
