Depending on the complexity and size of your IT landscape, you might encounter a big bulk of action requests and notifications in the Action center. In order to survey a high frequency of alerts and requests, it is good to know how you can manage your error lists and action requests with a few clicks.
.Open any view in Raynet One and navigate to the header bar. Click on the bell item to open the Action center and view all alerts and requests for user intervention
.Under Overview, select a notification to view a list of IT assets concerned with failed runs. In this view, the Action center also notifies you about newly detected databases and networks which you can either discover or ignore.
.Troubleshoot single list items if the errors displayed under the list entry details are relevant for your further processes.
.After you finished troubleshooting or decided that the listed errors and notifications are irrelevant, check one or several list items under the Overview tab. You can also automatically select all by clicking on the check box above the list and use filter and search functions to find required list items.
.Finish the current user interaction by deleting list entries, a complete list and its related notification via the bin item.
