Evidently, all data collected, transformed, normalized, enriched and displayed in Raynet One don't appear out of the blue, but are taken from all available and accessible sources related to your organization's IT landscape. On the platform, all functions referring to data source integrations are bundled under Integrations. This menu item is available in the Configuration workspace. As integrations contribute to efficient IT management processes and keep up a reliable data flow, here's what you will read about in the following chapters:
•Inspect and edit an integration,
•Connect the platform with RVIA services (for users relying on Raynet's Technology Catalog).
