Before you start setting up the connection between ServiceNow and Raynet One Data Hub, ensure that the following prerequisites are met.

 

•Ensure that the ServiceNow License Data and the ServiceNow Table connectors are licensed and active. This can be verified on the Connectors page.

•Ensure that a ServiceNow user with administration rights is available.
