Workspaces in the sidebar menu > Asset Management > Cloud + SaaS

The Accounts page lists all user accounts discovered in connected SaaS applications and cloud services. You can search, sort, and filter the list to find accounts of interest.

To open the account details view, click the account name in the list. The details view contains the following tabs:

•Details — general account information such as display name, email address, and status.

•Subscriptions — the service plans and product licenses assigned to the account.

•Groups — the groups this account is a member of.

•Sign-ins — the sign-in history for this account.

•Devices — the devices associated with this account.

•Usage — how much and how recently the account has used each connected SaaS application. See the Usage tab section for details.

Note:
The Subscriptions tab was previously named Services. Any earlier documentation or screenshots showing the old name should be considered outdated.

The required permission to access the Accounts page is the same SaaS permission needed for all other Cloud + SaaS views.
