The ServiceNow connector parameters are divided into two categories:

 

•Authentication: Connection credentials shared across all tasks for this connector. These include the instance name and authentication credentials. See the Authentication chapter for details.

•Task Parameters: Parameters specific to each task, including the task type and associated configuration options. See the Task Parameters chapter for details.
