To use the Workspace ONE connector, access to a Workspace ONE UEM environment with at least read permissions is required. The connector uses BASIC authentication combined with a Tenant API Key for all API requests.
The following credentials must be obtained before configuring the connector:
•API Endpoint URL — The base URL of the Workspace ONE UEM REST API endpoint (for example, https://wpo.company.com/API/v1/).
•Tenant API Key — The API key associated with the Workspace ONE UEM tenant. This key is available in the Workspace ONE UEM console under Groups & Settings > All Settings > System > Advanced > API > REST API.
•Username — The username of an account with at least read access to the Workspace ONE UEM environment.
•Password — The password for the specified user account.

Be aware: The Tenant API Key is specific to the Workspace ONE UEM tenant and must not be confused with individual user credentials. It is required in addition to the username and password for every API request. |
