Getting Started > Before You Start > Use Case Depending Prerequisites

Depending of the use case, different prerequisites are necessary in order to use Raynet One Data Hub.

•Ensure that the connector(s) that will be needed is/are activated. This can be done by accessing the Connectors page. All non-active connectors will be grayed out. If the connector is not activated, it is possible to request the connector in the Connector Store. It is also possible to reach the Connector Store by going to the Connectors page and clicking on the Request button.

•Ensure that all information needed to setup the necessary connector are available. Information which information is needed for a specific connector can be found in the Raynet One Data Hub Connectors documentation.
