Each deployment entry in the Deployments section provides a complete view of all endpoint management operations associated with that deployment. This includes package installation and uninstallation jobs, software download jobs, and inventory runs triggered from the workspace. Each job entry shows its current state, target device, and execution details.
Access: Open Workspaces > Endpoint Management > Deployments in the left sidebar and select a deployment to view its individual job records.
Job List
The job list provides an overview of all endpoint management jobs. The following columns are displayed for each job:
•Name: The name of the job, typically reflecting the operation type and the target package or device.
•Resource: The resource associated with the job, such as the targeted package or device group.
•Processed / target devices: The number of devices that have been processed out of the total number of targeted devices.
•Successful runs: The number of task executions within the job that completed successfully.
•Failed runs: The number of task executions within the job that ended with an error.
Job Details
Selecting a job from the list opens the job details view, which provides a detailed breakdown of the job execution. The details view contains the following tabs:
•Details: Shows the per-device breakdown of the job. For each targeted device, the following information is available: Target device, Task state, Agent state, Last seen at, and Duration.
•Logs: Displays the log records generated by the endpoint management job. Logs can be downloaded for offline review. The log view shows the complete execution trace reported by the agent on the target device.
Rollout Waves in Job Overview
For deployment jobs that use rollout wave configurations, the job overview displays a Rollout waves section listing each wave as a collapsible accordion item. Each wave entry shows:
•Wave number: A numbered badge identifying the wave's position in the rollout sequence.
•Wave name: The label assigned to the wave. The final wave is labeled Final Wave.
•Status badge: The current wave status — Pending, In progress, Advanced, Completed, Failed, Halted, or Cancelled.
•Progress bar: A real-time bar showing the proportion of devices that have succeeded (green) and failed (red) within the wave. Two threshold markers indicate the advance threshold (green) and halt threshold (red) defined in the wave configuration. The advance marker shows the point at which the wave will automatically progress to the next wave; the halt marker shows the failure rate at which the wave will stop automatically.
Expanding a wave accordion item reveals the wave configuration details: sizing (number of devices in the wave), advance settings (threshold and quorum percentages), halt settings (threshold and quorum percentages), and timing (maximum duration and timeout policy).
This section is only shown for jobs associated with a deployment that has a wave configuration. Jobs without waves do not display this section. For information on configuring rollout waves, see Rollout Waves.
Monitoring Jobs from Managed Devices
In addition to the central Jobs view, you can also review the jobs associated with a specific device directly from the Managed Devices section. Open the device details and select the Jobs tab to see all jobs related to that specific device.
