Credentials are the key for all users to access assigned devices, networks, sites and OUs. Without them being up-to-date and correct, you cannot fully discover and inventory your IT assets. Credentials are needed to access critical system resources on environment devices for IT visibility purposes.
In the Credentials view, you can perform the following actions:
•adding new credentials under the Add new credentials tab,
•inspecting available credentials in the Details view,
•discovering assigned networks, devices, sites and organization units in the Details view,
•assigning credentials to devices, networks, sites and organization units,
•removing incorrect or redundant credentials.
