The Service Now section can be used to activate and configure the integration of a ServiceNow instance.
The following options are available in the Service Now section. All of these are mandatory in order to configure the integration.
•Active: The checkbox is used in order to define if the integration is active or deactivated.
•URL: The URL to the ServiceNow instance.
•User: The name of the user that is used for the ServiceNow instance.
•Password: The password of the user.
