In order to create the Client ID and the Client Secret that are used for the authentication with the Adobe Marketo REST API execute the following steps.

 

1.Go to the LaunchPoint section of the Admin menu.

2.Click on New and select New Service.

3.Enter an easily identifiable name for the service and select Custom from the Service list.

4.Enter a description for the service and select an appropriate user from the API Only User list.

5.Click on the CREATE button.

6.The new service has been added to the list of services. In order to get the Client Id and the Client Secret that are required for the authentication, click on the View Details option.
