Breaking Changes

When migrating from Data Hub 12.5 (RTM):

•In SAP BTP connector, clientId and clientSecret are now required. KOT-166 RR-3528

When migrating from any previous version:

•This release brings substantial changes to the Technology Catalog connector, resulting in its lack of backward compatibility with version 12.5. When importing new reports that reference catalog tasks, please be aware that this operation is potentially leading to the replacement of your existing tasks and reports with the new structure, making the the old tasks obsolete. To ensure both sets of reports coexist seamlessly, it is essential to adjust the data set of the old Catalog-related task and update all references to the tables it generates before commencing the import of the new reports.

•In this release, we have made the strategic decision to discontinue support for certain legacy platforms. Although the product may remain functional on these platforms, we will no longer conduct routine testing or provide official support for them. The affected platforms primarily encompass operating systems that have reached their End-of-Support status, such as Windows Vista, as well as various web browsers, which were released years ago.
