The General tab contains general information about the application as well as options to configure the start point for the application.
General
•Identifier: The identifier of the selected application.
•Display name: The name that will be displayed for the selected application.
•Description: A description of the application or further information about the application.
•Show this application in All Apps list: If this checkbox is activated, the application will be shown in the All Apps list. If this checkbox is deactivated, the application will be hidden.
Start Point
•Compiled application: Select this option if the application is a compiled application.
oApplication to start: Use the Browse [...] button in order to select the application that will be started.
oEnable Package Support Framework for this application: Activate this checkbox in order to use the PsfLauncher32.exe application to start the target application.
oEntry point: Select the entry point for the application from the dropdown menu that will offer the available entry points.
oArguments: Additional arguments for the start of the application can be entered here.
•Web application: Select this option if the application is a web application.
oStart Web page: Enter the URL of the start web page of the application.
•Hosted app: Select this option if the application is a hosted app (hosted applications can be created from Windows version 2005 [19041] onwards).
oHostId: Enter the ID of the host.
oParameters: Enter parameters used.
