From the COMPONENTS view, removing a component can be triggered by either:
•right-clicking the component and selecting Remove from the context menu
or
•left-clicking a component and hitting Delete on the keyboard
When the remove procedure is triggered, a confirm dialog is displayed.

Be aware: Objects related to the component (e. g. files, registry keys and values, COM class definitions, etc.) will be deleted along with the component object. |
To execute the remove procedure, users click REMOVE. Please be aware that removed components cannot be restored.

Note: To suppress the display of the confirm dialog for future remove procedures, the checkbox displayed for the confirm dialog control may be activated in advance. If it is activated, future remove procedures will be executed immediately. Since deleting components may cause severe loss of data, it is not recommended to deactivate the confirm dialog. |
Users may exit the confirm dialog without removing the component by clicking on DO NOT REMOVE or CANCEL.
