Application logs are available in the Site-Administration / System Settings section or in the Azure container details page (Container instances > Details > Settings > Containers > Logs).
Please delete the cache of the browser that is being used to access Raynet One UEM and restart the browser. If the problem persists, try to contact the support representative that is specified in the Raynet One UEM instance.
