Computer Game or Entertainment Software

Software that is designed for playing games on a computer. It contains the following subcategories:

•Action games: Software games that focus on action and dexterity skills.

•Adventure games: Software games that focus on adventure and strategy.

•Sports games: Software games that focus on sporting events or assimilate sports.

•Family software: Family titles are software whose content is pure used to provide information to the entire family. They include cooking, gardening, astrology, automobile, and other titles of interest to the whole family.

•Music or sound editing software: Music or sound editing software is used to convert the music/sound available in analog format such as in vinyl LPs and audio tapes to digital format to be stored in a computer harddisk or in a CD. Extra features are built in to these software to enhance special effects for fade ins/outs, noise filtering, volume adjustment, etc.
