About Raynet One Deployment Options

Primary Deployment Model: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Raynet One is designed as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution and is fundamentally provided by Raynet Services. Customers do not need to install anything themselves, which means there is no implementation effort required on their end.

The SaaS deployment model offers several advantages:

Zero installation effort: Ready to use immediately without infrastructure setup.

Automatic updates: Latest features and security patches applied by Raynet.

Managed infrastructure: High availability, backup, and disaster recovery handled by Raynet.

Scalability: Resources scale automatically based on usage.

Support: Full support from Raynet operations team.

Alternative: On-Premises Deployment

In some cases, internal policies or security and data protection requirements may not permit storing data in the cloud. In such exceptional circumstances, it is possible to install the product in the customer's own environment.

Note:

On-premises deployment is always handled as a service engagement. Please contact Raynet Services Consulting for any questions regarding the installation, configuration, or support requirements.

Important considerations for on-premises deployment:

Service engagement required: On-premises deployment is not supported out-of-the-box and will always be considered a service engagement requiring customer-specific installation.

Raynet support: Raynet is happy to assist with the installation and configuration process.

Infrastructure responsibility: Customer is responsible for providing and maintaining the required infrastructure (hardware, network, storage).

Operational overhead: Customer assumes responsibility for backups, updates, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Customization: Installation may require customization based on customer environment and security requirements.
