The data extracted by the ServiceNow connector depends on the configured task type.

 

Task Type: License

When using the License task type, the connector retrieves data from a fixed set of license and user management tables. Each table is exported as a separate output file. Field names are converted from ServiceNow snake_case format to lowerCamelCase in the output.

Task Type: Table

When using the Table task type, the connector returns data from the specified ServiceNow table. The schema of the output depends on the table and the field selection configured in the task. The output is a single CSV file containing the queried records.
