Connector Setup

To configure the Citrix Session Monitoring connector, provide the authentication credentials obtained from Citrix Cloud.

 

Authentication Configuration

Enter the following authentication parameters in the connector configuration:

 

CLIENT ID: Enter the Client ID that was created in Citrix Cloud API Access management.

CLIENT SECRET: Enter the Client Secret that was generated during API client creation. This field is masked for security.

CUSTOMER ID: Enter your Citrix Cloud Customer ID, which can be found in the Citrix Cloud console.

 

Connection Settings

CITRIX CLOUD BASE URL: Specify the base URL for the Citrix Cloud API. The default value is https://api.cloud.com. For Citrix Cloud Japan customers, use https://api.citrixcloud.jp.

REQUEST TIMEOUT: Set the timeout value in seconds for API requests. Default is 60 seconds. Increase this value if you experience timeout errors with large data volumes. Minimum value: 30 seconds.

Note:

The Client Secret is stored encrypted in the Raynet One Data Hub configuration. It is masked in the user interface and never displayed in plain text after initial entry.

 

Testing the Connection

After entering the configuration parameters:

 

1.Save the connector configuration.

2.Create a test task to verify connectivity.

3.Execute the task and review the logs for any authentication or connection errors.

4.If successful, the connector will retrieve session and application data according to the configured parameters.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter authentication errors:

Verify that the Client ID and Client Secret are correct.

Ensure the Customer ID matches your Citrix Cloud organization.

Check that the API client has not been disabled or deleted in Citrix Cloud.

Verify network connectivity to Citrix Cloud endpoints.
