Email reporting allows you to configure automatic notifications, containing selected reports. The notifications can be sent by e-mail to specific group of receivers. The receivers have to be users of Raynet One Data Hub (their accounts and e-mail addresses must be configured properly in the settings).

•An accessible SMTP server (address and port)

•Credentials required for authorization with SMTP server

 

Before setting up the notifications, visit the Tenant Settings page, where SMTP server needs to be configured first.

 

Getting Started

1.Ensure that the SMTP server is configured.

2.Set-up one or more templates, which will be used by the sending agent.

3.Add one or more notifications to link reports, templates and scheduling.
