To connect to the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Rest API the following parameters are required:
•Client Secret
•Client ID
•ServerURL
In order to get the Client ID and the Client Secret execute the following steps:
1.Open the SAP BTP cockpit.
2.Go to Security > OAuth.
3.Go to the Platform API tab.
4.Click on the Create API Client option.
5.Select the required API option and the required scopes and enter a description.
6.Save the client.
7.Copy the Client ID and the Client Secret to a secure location.

Be aware: Ensure that the generated credentials are saved to a secure location as it will not be possible to retrieve them once the confirmation dialog has been closed. |
