In order to use the connector with the PagerDuty REST API an Account API token with read-only access is needed. This token can only be created by an account administrator. The token can be generated by executing the following steps:

 

1.Got to Integrations > API Access Keys and click on Create New API Key.

2.Enter a Description (for example: Raynet One Data Hub) and check the Read-only option.

3.Click on Create Key.

4.Copy the key to a secure location and click on the Close button.

 

If the key is lost, it is necessary to delete it and create a new key.
