Fetch data only for the given subscriptions. When null, the data is fetched for all subscriptions of the tenant.

Allows for the skipping of SQL virtual machines.

For unknown reasons, the step of fetching SQL VMs can fail for some subscriptions. Setting this parameter to true allows to skip SQL VMs.
