PeerPush

Command-line | Registry

This setting is only used if managed devices are configured for peer-to-peer file sharing (AllowPeerToPeer is True).

If the value of this setting is True, peer managed devices can immediately push a file in response to a request for the file. Allowing for immediate pushing of files reduces the UDP traffic from searching, but since the port used cannot be configured, this is not suitable for manged devices running firewall software. In networks where most of the peers are firewalled, this setting should be set to False.
